Skinless Chicken Thigh Stew In A Crockpot Recipe

Create a great, cost-effective, hearty, one pot wonder stew in your crock-pot, all you need is a few simple ingredients. Use cuts of meat that are on sale and also things that are in your refrigerator that you need to get rid of or vegetables that are on sale. This will make for a delicious stew.

Ingredients

Large Celery

Bonless Chicken Thighs

Large Onion

Potatoes

handful of
Kale

pieces of
Bacon

cup of
White Beans

cups of
Low Sodium Chicken Stock

sprig of
Thyme

Salt and Pepper

tablespoons of
Blended Oil

Preparation Instructions

Clean chicken thighs of fat, season with salt and pepper. Chop celery, onion, potatoes and kale set aside.

In a saute pan add oil, wait until fully heated then place seasoned chicken thighs in, adding bacon to pan when chicken is about half way cooked. Remove when chicken is brown, bacon will be slightly cooked.

In crockpot add all vegetables, seasonings and meat cover with chicken stock. Cook on low for 8 hours (all day).
