English Muffin Pepperoni Pizzas Recipe

English muffins form the crust for these cute little pizzas, which kids love. If you use store‐bought marinara sauce and have a stash of your homemade on hand, you can have these little pizzas ready in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

Homemade gluten-free, split in half

3/4
cup of
Gluten‐free marinara sauce, such as Classico, or Homemade

cups of
Shredded mozzarella cheese or cheese alternative, such as Vegan Gourmet

slices of
Gluten‐free pepperoni sausage, such as Hormel

Preparation Instructions

Place a rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the English muffin halves, cut side up, on a 13 x 9‐inch nonstick (gray, not black) sheet. Spoon 3 tablespoons of the marinara sauce onto each half. Top each with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 4 slices of pepperoni.

Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
